Terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
1.1. In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Entrepreneur: The owner of the webshop, located at Planckstraat 48, 3316 GS Dordrecht, operating under the name Allround E-Bikes.
• Customer: Any natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
• Products: All e-bikes and related products offered by the entrepreneur through the webshop.
• Agreement: Any purchase agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.

Article 2 – Applicability
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries from the entrepreneur.
2.2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 – Offers and Prices
3.1. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
3.2. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3.3. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect agreements already concluded.

Article 4 – Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement
4.1. An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and the entrepreneur confirms this order in writing.
4.2. The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse an order.

Article 5 – Delivery
5.1. The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing product orders.
5.2. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
5.3. The delivery time is indicated in the order confirmation and is indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products without stating a reason.
6.2. During the withdrawal period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6.4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include products made to order or customized at the customer’s request.

Article 7 – Warranty and Complaints
7.1. All products are subject to a warranty period in accordance with legal provisions and/or the manufacturer’s warranty.
7.2. Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery.
7.3. The entrepreneur will address complaints within a reasonable timeframe and provide a solution where possible.

Article 8 – Liability
8.1. The entrepreneur is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.
8.2. The entrepreneur’s liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 9 – Privacy
9.1. The entrepreneur respects the customer’s privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes
10.1. All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
10.2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 11 – Changes to the Terms and Conditions
11.1. The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
11.2. The amended terms and conditions will take effect when published on the website.
